Client: Carmarthen Town Council in Partnership with Carmarthenshire County Council, Welsh Cycling and Sport Wales

Contractor: G.D.Harries Ltd, Templeton, Narberth

This project is an exciting and very unusual project, it took a number of years to research and develop, but took only 5 months to complete. Good planning and preparation along with a great contractor produced a fantastic outcome.
